1) What this service does

This service receives WhatsApp webhook events and can send WhatsApp messages via Meta / WhatsApp Cloud API for CRM workflows, sales follow-up, and customer support operations.

2) Data we process

Message content, timestamps, sender/recipient numbers, and message IDs.
Lead and inbox information created from conversations.
Technical logs required for reliability, debugging, and service protection.

3) Data sharing

Messages are processed through Meta / WhatsApp Cloud API as part of the messaging workflow. We do not sell personal data.

4) Security and retention

Reasonable operational measures are used to protect access to system data. Data retention and deletion practices may vary depending on operational needs and customer agreements.
